Sucharita Singh

One journey. Two purposeful expressions.

For over two decades, my work has been shaped by a sustained curiosity about people: what drives us, what limits us, how we grow and how we create meaning.

That curiosity has taken two distinct but connected forms. One focuses on how leaders and organisations grow. The other focuses on how art restores attention and connects us with what is real, beautiful and deeply observed.

CreativQuotient

Move from reactive growth to intentional scale.

CreativQuotient partners with founders, CEOs and leadership teams to strengthen leadership capability, organisational clarity, team effectiveness and people systems for sustainable growth.

The work addresses the real challenges beneath scale: founder dependency, unclear accountability, leadership gaps, structural complexity, culture dilution and people systems that have not evolved with the business.

Organizations don’t grow. People do.

What connects the work

Psychology

A deeper understanding of behaviour, motivation, identity, emotional patterns and change.

Enterprise Leadership

First-hand experience of scale, complexity, leadership capability, culture and organisational transformation.

Systems Thinking

The ability to connect individual behaviour with roles, structures, accountability, relationships and performance.

Creative Observation

The discipline to slow down, recognise patterns, hold ambiguity and notice what may remain unspoken.

A career shaped inside scale

Nineteen years inside a global organisation.

During my 19-year journey at Electronic Arts across India and Australia, I helped shape people strategy for more than 1,500 employees across global functions. I worked with senior leaders through growth, transition, acquisition integration and changing organisational needs.

That experience taught me that sustainable growth depends not only on strategy or ambition, but on the maturity of leadership, the clarity of structure, the quality of relationships and the organisation’s ability to build capability beyond a few individuals.

Alongside this journey, I returned to art and committed myself to sustained learning, practice and exhibitions. Art gave me another language for understanding attention, emotion, patience and the power of seeing deeply.

A philosophy rooted in the Bel Patra

In Indian tradition, the Bel Patra symbolises purity, balance and right action. Its three leaves represent the values that guide my personal, professional and creative practice.

Good Deeds

Purposeful action that creates meaningful impact.

Good Behaviour

Empathy, emotional intelligence and awareness of how our actions affect others.

Good Conduct

Integrity, consistency and conscious decision-making.

Whether I am advising a leader, shaping people strategy, curating art or creating it, these principles remain the foundation.

Growth, leadership and art may appear to belong to different worlds. For me, they begin with the same act: learning to see more clearly.

My Story

A career shaped by people, scale and the discipline of observation.

My journey has moved through psychology, global enterprise leadership and art. Each has strengthened the way I understand people, complexity and meaningful transformation.

The question that has stayed with me

I have always been curious about people: what drives us, what holds us back, how our identities evolve and what allows us to create meaningful impact.

That curiosity first led me to psychology. It later shaped nearly two decades of work in strategic human resources, leadership, culture and organisational growth. It also brought me back to art — a part of myself that had waited quietly in the background for many years.

Sucharita Singh

Nineteen years at Electronic Arts

My longest and most defining professional chapter was at Electronic Arts, where I spent 19 years across India and Australia, with responsibility for Singapore as well.

During this journey, I helped shape people strategy for more than 1,500 employees across global functions. I partnered with senior leaders through scale, leadership transitions and organisational change; strengthened leadership pipelines; supported acquisition integration; and contributed to culture, performance, employee experience and talent strategy.

The work gave me a front-row view of what happens when an organisation grows.

Scale tests far more than structure. It tests leadership maturity, decision-making, accountability, communication, trust and the ability of people systems to support business ambition. It exposes what has remained informal, overly dependent on individuals or insufficiently designed for the next stage.

Psychology beneath the practice

My MA and M.Phil in Psychology shaped the way I understand human behaviour, motivation, identity, emotional patterns and change.

ISB’s PGPMAX programme strengthened my strategic and business perspective. My certification as a Thomas Behaviour Practitioner – PPA adds a structured behavioural lens to leadership and coaching conversations.

Together, these disciplines allow me to work at two levels simultaneously: the visible challenge and the human pattern beneath it.

Returning to art

For much of my life, art was something I loved but never imagined I would pursue seriously. As a child, I drew and painted and participated in inter-school competitions. Over time, academics, career, family and responsibility took priority, while art remained quietly in the background.

Years later, during my corporate career, a simple moment brought it back into focus. While facilitating a career-development workshop, I listed painting as one of my hobbies. Seeing that word on the screen unexpectedly reconnected me with a part of myself I had almost forgotten.

Weekend classes became a decade-long journey of study, practice, discipline, exhibitions and artistic growth. Art became a space of reflection, patience, skill and inner steadiness.

It also sharpened how I work with people. Art taught me to observe without rushing, recognise patterns, remain present with ambiguity and notice what may be absent from the immediate conversation.

An intentional next chapter

After nearly two decades in corporate leadership, I created space to reflect before deciding what the next chapter should become.

That period allowed me to integrate three important parts of my journey: psychology, enterprise leadership and creative practice.

CreativQuotient emerged as the business-facing expression of this work — helping founders, CEOs and leadership teams strengthen the human and organisational architecture of scale.

Satya Chitra emerged from my return to art and a growing awareness that sincere artists and meaningful representational works need thoughtful spaces to be seen, valued and discovered.

These are distinct ventures with different audiences and outcomes. What connects them is a shared commitment to attention, integrity, human potential and intentional action.

My leadership beliefs

  • Scale should expand organisational capability — not deepen dependence on the founder or a few individuals.
  • Leadership maturity is reflected in the quality of decisions others can make without constant intervention.
  • Culture is not what an organisation says it values. It is the behaviour it repeatedly rewards, permits and overlooks.
  • People strategy is business strategy expressed through roles, capability, relationships and behaviour.
  • Self-awareness matters when it changes how a leader listens, decides, delegates and responds.
  • Clarity and kindness are not competing leadership choices. Strong leaders practise both.
  • Representational art matters because it restores attention and teaches us to see again.

My Work

Two distinct ventures. One commitment to seeing and shaping possibility.

CreativQuotient and Satya Chitra serve different audiences and purposes. Together, they reflect the two enduring strands of my journey: human and organisational growth, and art as a practice of attention.

Venture One

CreativQuotient

Helping growing organisations scale through leadership, people and organisational design.

CreativQuotient is a strategic partner for founders, CEOs and leadership teams navigating scale, complexity, leadership capability and people systems.

As organisations grow, the systems that supported the early stage can begin to slow the next one down. Founders remain involved in too many decisions. Managers struggle to lead through ambiguity. Teams expand, but accountability does not become clearer. Culture becomes harder to hold. Execution slows even when ambition remains high.

CreativQuotient helps organisations move from reactive growth to intentional scale by strengthening leadership capability, organisational clarity, team effectiveness and people systems.

Core belief — Organizations don’t grow. People do.
Business growth becomes sustainable only when leaders, teams, structures and people systems evolve with it.

Venture Two

Satya Chitra

A curator-led platform celebrating representational art and artistic craftsmanship.

Satya Chitra was created to build a thoughtful space where artists, collectors, first-time buyers, organisations and art enthusiasts can come together around work that is skilful, sincere and deeply felt.

In a world shaped by speed, distraction and constant digital stimulation, representational art offers a quieter form of attention. It asks us to notice form, light, expression, gesture, stillness and detail. It reminds us that ordinary subjects can hold extraordinary depth when seen with care.

Satya Chitra celebrates this way of seeing and creates meaningful pathways for people to discover, inquire, collect, commission and experience art.

Three anchors

Art

Representational artworks rooted in observation, craftsmanship and emotional resonance.

Artists

Thoughtful visibility for artists whose work reflects skill, sincerity and sustained practice.

Engagement

Meaningful ways to discover, inquire, collect, commission and experience art.

Ways to engage

  • Explore artworks available for acquisition, gifting, commissions and curated spaces.
  • Inquire about a listed artwork or discuss a commissioned piece.
  • Explore art for offices, hospitality environments, institutions or gifting needs.
  • Discuss an exhibition, artist showcase or cultural collaboration.

Reflections

Ideas that begin with closer observation.

These reflections draw from enterprise leadership, psychology, conversations with founders and senior leaders, and the perspective that art and stillness make possible.

They explore moments when growth changes what leadership requires; when culture reveals what strategy has overlooked; when a familiar pattern must be questioned; and when a pause creates more clarity than immediate action.

The purpose is not to offer universal answers. It is to make visible the questions, assumptions and human dynamics that shape leadership, organisational life and creative practice.

Reflection themes

Intentional Scale

Founder evolution, organisational maturity, delegation, decision rights and the leadership demands of growth.

Leadership From Within

Self-awareness, emotional intelligence, identity, judgment and conscious behaviour.

Culture in Practice

The behaviour organisations reward, tolerate and repeat — and how those patterns shape performance.

People and Systems

Organisation design, accountability, leadership capability, integration and change.

The Artist’s Lens

Observation, ambiguity, patience, presence and seeing beyond the obvious.

Representational Art

Craftsmanship, realism, emotional truth and the quiet discipline of looking deeply.

Transitions and Possibility

Career, role and life transitions that ask us to redefine direction and success.
